"Girls Love Travel, Paris!!"

Mixed Media Collage

Do you dream of traveling?  Do you have a collection of maps, photos, and other paraphernalia tucked away from a trip that you just can’t part with?  Or maybe you have a dream board filled with pictures and words of places you’d like to visit?

Let me guide you on this mixed media adventure where I’ll teach you how to use those treasures as a foundation for a beautiful piece of artwork! This isn’t just for those who’ve traveled either…you can easily download or buy maps, pictures etc. of these locations and add those as well.

In this mixed media class, you will learn how to layer your canvas, seal your images and tint them with color to give an aged look.  You’ll also learn how to draw out a woman placed into a recognizable scene across the globe.  In the end, you’ll feel like you are almost there and be more inspired to pack your bags or update your passport.

You don’t need any previous experience, just a willingness to try and have fun. Grab your paints and papers (and maybe a glass of wine), turn up the music and let’s transport ourselves to a foreign land via painting!
